KAWAK AVIATION TECHNOLOGIES
206L auxiliary hydraulic system is designed
to give you a versatile power source for operation
of attached or suspended implements requiring
hydraulic power.
The high performance and dependability of the
hydraulic system can dramatically improve the
productivity of the aircraft for agricultural
and forestry operations. High volume (10 to
20 GPM) spray applications can be flown at faster
speeds and wider swath widths.
The system incorporates a modular design that
can be installed, maintained, or removed easily
when the auxiliary hydraulic system is not needed.
The system is certified to FAR 29 criteria and
is eligible for use with the aircraft in standard
category.
The system was designed with the input of 206L
operators and specifically tailored to meet
their requirements.

HYDRAULIC PUMP DRIVE
Reduction gearbox using Kawak Aviation Technologies
proven design utilizes an available 15 HP drive
pad on the engine accessory gear case. Gearbox
features aerospace quality gearing, completely
self-contained lubrication system, and high
efficiency gear pump.
RESERVOIR
Sealed hydraulic reservoir with 5 psi precharge
eliminates the possibility of pump cavitation
under all flight conditions. Attached spin on
filter.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL MANIFOLD
Includes system relief, variable output controls,
and pressure transducer for cockpit indicator.
Easy access for maintenance and diagnostics.
Attached high capacity oil cooler.
COCKPIT CONTROLS
Electronic cockpit control provides in flight
adjustment to the hydraulic system. Integrates
easily with existing implement controls. Control
also interfaces with constant flow and variable
rate devices for the ultimate in precision applications.
BREAKAWAY CONNECTIONS
Includes hydraulic breakaway fittings for jettisonable
implements.
MODULAR DESIGN
Allows for easy removal of the reservoir, hydraulic control
valve, and cooler.
