KAWAK AVIATION TECHNOLOGIES Bell
206 auxiliary hydraulic system is designed to
give you a versatile power source for operation
attached or suspended implements requiring hydraulic
power.
The performance and dependability of the hydraulic
system can dramatically improve the productivity
of the aircraft for agricultural and forestry
operations. High volume (10 to 20 GPA) spray applications
can be flown at faster speeds and wider swath
widths substantially increasing the revenue potential
of the aircraft.
This system is certified under FAR 27 and is eligible
for use with the aircraft in standard category.
This hydraulic system was designed with the input
of Bell 206 operators and specifically tailored
to meet their requirements.

HYDRAULIC PUMP DRIVE
Balanced load belt drive system provides 16
HP while not impacting the life of the drive
coupling or freewheeling gearbox. Drive system
can be installed with either the Bell or KaFlex
drive coupling. Pump is engaged via electric
clutch so system can be disabled when not needed.
HYDRAULIC PUMP
High efficiency gear pump with proven durability.
RESERVOIR
Sealed hydraulic reservoir with 5 psi precharge
eliminates the possibility of pump cavitation
under unusual flight conditions.
CONTROL MANIFOLD
Includes system relief, variable output controls,
and attached spin on filter.
COCKPIT CONTROLS
Electronic cockpit control provides in flight
adjustment to the hydraulic system. Integrates
easily with existing implement controls. Control
also interfaces with constant flow and variable
rate devices for the ultimate in precision applications.
